Sounds good to me.
I don't know wbout that quality comment. This sounds great. Only better you could get is if you were either there or it was a soundboard. Can't wait to see these guys this summer at Bonnaroo!!

Oh and what you hear is what you get with my recordings. I don't edit my recordings at all just add gain/resample to 44.1k and dither to 16-bit, thats it........
Did you d/l flacs or mp3's? Thats crazy tho, I thought this set sounded FABULOUS, for real! How does it compare to the other (Neumann u89) source here on LMA? Diff strokes for diff folks I guess, because all of my friends and myself thought this set sounded amazing!

Bean You Are The Man, F All The Haters..
For real tho, thanks a bunch for yet another killer Team Pittsburgh recording. Honestly Michael Franti & Spearhead have the best message and vibe of any band out right now, and you couldn't have captured the atmosphere any better without a video camera. Thanks again.

awesome awesome show
an additional note that somehow was left is that People in the Middle's last verse is Ganja Babe**
this was definitely the best fucking set at All Good.. I had to chance to work security and was literally 5feet in front of Claypool, Franti and spearhead and Moe... and Franti was the best hands down....
The next best set was a suprise to me The Bridge was fucking jammin out hardcore... so check them out tooo
but mainly.. i have been trying for almost 2 months now to get that video of George Bush that they played before Time to Go Home.. if anyone can hook me up with a download or point me in the right direction id be so gratefull.. thank you
and Michael Franit is the fuckin truth.

Awesome show, Awesome recording
I don't know how many of these folks below attended the 2005 show and attempted to download that show off of LMA, but I did...and THAT was hard to hear b/c of poor recording/TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS. I understand that a lot of folks want soundboard, but what this recording offers is so much better. You get to hear the crowd interacting, cheering, and more or less losing themselves to sheer happiness that Franti had helped to create. This recording captures it beautifully...cut it out with the technological jargon and enjoy!!! I know I am as we speak, and will for years/decades to come

I have to agree with deAdmuZiK
This show sounds like it would have been absolutely fantastic if you were there. The energy was way up and spearhead was spot on. The recording does not do it justice. I am not complaining...it is still in my rotation for the above reasons, but I can't give it top marks. (and before you yell at me for my speakers they are fostex sw-1 studio monitors so they are not the problem.)

Just so you know
Don't get me wrong this was a fantastic show, Franti was so into it, and the bass was wonderfully filling the mountaintop with sweet goodness. BUT this recording is awful and does'nt do this performance justice at all. If the recording parties could potentially edit before posting it on this archive then i could appreciate it more. YES i wanted to hear it as soon as i sat down to my computer but id sacrifice a weeks time to get a quality recording on the net, plus its not fun to listen to if you have crank madd treble just hear the vocals in this poorly recorded show.

Best show at All Good!!!
absolutely the best set of the weekend. Being there in all the rage and energy was really powerful. Going from Les Claypool to New Monsoon to Franti was sooo perfect.

Amazing Set
Franti and Spearhead absolutely felt the vibe of the crowd and threw that Saturday night into a monumental Jam. I have never ever seen that many lighters lit in my entire life..they stretched over the mountains as far as the eye could see. I think they are bringing a very powerful and real message that many can relate to. Definitely one of my favorite 3 shows of the weekend. Hard to judge with how many amazing sets one after another came on. Anyhow...DL THIS SHOW !
I'll tack on one extra star myself cause 5 just aint cuttin it for a few of these.
